The Daily Maverick released a video showing suspended CEO Tebogo Malaka and spokesperson Phasha Makgolane allegedly offering a bribe to a journalist to stop investigations into the entity. Malaka's family trust says the recording is a "set up". Criminal law expert Ulrich Roux discusses the clip's admissibility.
