The Cape Town High Court has granted a provisional liquidation order against Stellenbosch-headquartered Bitcoin trading company Mirror Trading International, whose founder and CEO has not been heard from for over a week.

The former president's attorney has declined comment on missing the deadline to notify the ConCourt if he was going to oppose the Commission of Inquiry into State Capture's attempts to get the court to order that Zuma takes the witness stand.

Ulrich Roux said that the court would most likely rule in the commission's favour because Zuma's testimony was crucial to the inquiry.

URA represents 113 of the families affected by the Life Esidimeni tragedy where 144 mentally ill patients lost their lives due to gross incompetence and negligence of the Gauteng government. Despite the arbitration award handed down by Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke in March 2018, the Gauteng government has still not made payment in full to the families of the patients.
